21 months

Molly is 21 months old today.

ABCD

Molly tries so hard to do everything Ian does. Check out this video of her singing along to the ABCs. She yells "ABCD! ABCD! ABCD!" whenever she wants to sing it.

Today's project

I spent the afternoon sewing a dress for Molly today. It's something I always wanted to do, so when I saw this Etsy shop with dress kits, I knew it was a good place to start. Cutting fabric makes me nervous and that step was already done for me! The instructions were very clear and I'm happy with the way it turned out for my first ever piece of clothing. One sleeve is a bit longer than the other, but not too bad.

Meet Virginia

Brian and I spent the weekend in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. We visited a few vineyards on Saturday and did some hiking and geocaching today. Ian and Molly had a great weekend with Grammom and Poppy and the dogs spent some quality time with Gran and Grandpa - thanks everyone!

A day in Walden

We spent the day in Walden, NY visiting Brian's grandmother, aunt, uncle, and cousins and their families. Gran, Grandpa, and Aunt Katie were there too! We had a delicious dinner and celebrated Grandpa's birthday. Grammy got to spend time with all 5 of her great grandchildren.

Just one more.

Tonight we had our Friday night dinner at Grammom and Poppy's house. Ian got to celebrate his birthday one more time and we also celebrated Bob's birthday too. While we were there we remembered that Molly is 20 months old today!

Happy 4th Birthday, Ian!

Ian is 4! We started the day off with some gifts at home this morning. He got lots of birthday phone calls and a short visit from Grammom and Poppy. We went to Family Glow Bowling at Berks Lanes this afternoon and Ian did a great job bowling for the first time! After bowling, we went to The Works and played a few games and had dinner, then came home for some red velvet birthday cake. What a fabulous fourth birthday!
