Butterflies

We spent the evening at the Reading Public Museum releasing butterflies in memory of Kelsey and Jimmy's Nanny and in honor of Ian, Molly, and Peyton. Grammom, Poppy, Gran, Grandpa, Aunt Lori, Peyton, and Cookie were also there. Extra special thanks to Pappy and Cookie - we loved it so much.

Preschool Graduation

It's time to get ready for kindergarten! Last night there was a graduation ceremony at Ian's school where the children performed a few songs and received their graduation certificates. We celebrated after the program with some ice cream at the Oley Turnpike Dairy with Gran, Grandpa, Grammom, and Poppy.















Today was Ian's last day of preschool.

Grandview

Ian and I went with Poppy to Grandview Speedway last night to watch Drew race. We had so much fun!

Terrific Twos

Molly graduated from the Terrific Twos class at Schwarzwald UCC Preschool today.

Ian and Jim Rule

Ian got on stage to sing with Jim Rule at our church's annual Mother's Day dinner on May 8.

Bob the Builder

We spent our rainy afternoon at the Reading Public Museum with Grammom. Ian and Molly really enjoyed the Bob the Builder exhibit. Thanks Grammom, and thanks for dinner too!

chicken update

Our chickens are growing! Ian likes to take pictures of them to school for show and tell. These pictures were taken on May 9 when the chickens were 7 weeks old. They are living outside in the barn full time now and spend time each day out in the run that Brian and his dad built for them.
